Job summary

RedPeak Properties, LLC seeks a Leasing Professional to be the brand ambassador for Cottonwood Creek/Elowyn. You will lease apartments by understanding resident needs, conducting tours, and guiding applicants through the process.

As the primary contact, you’ll manage leads, schedule tours, and coordinate with the Sales Manager on marketing initiatives while maintaining accurate records in the property management system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in leasing or property management is plus.
• Strong communication and closing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy and manage lease flow and paperwork.
• Develop leads and convert to showings with high accuracy and urgency.
• Coordinate with office team to set appointments and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Yardi or related software.
• Support resident retention through proactive service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
