Job summary

Cottonwood Residential in Utah seeks a Customer Experience Specialist at Fox Point in Old Farm Apartments to deliver an elevated living experience for residents and prospects. You will be the first point of contact, set a welcoming tone, and ensure every interaction feels seamless and valued.

You will handle front-office operations, leasing support, and resident engagement, while collaborating with maintenance and marketing to drive retention and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of in-person, customer facing experience required.
• 1+ years of other customer service, administrative, sales, or hospitality experience required.
• Multifamily property management experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning property management systems (Entrata).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects, residents, and vendors.
• Create a welcoming office environment and greet visitors professionally.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying needs and providing timely solutions.
• Answer and manage all incoming calls and document information in property management systems.
• Assist residents with requests such as package retrieval, key distribution, work orders, and inquiries.
• Act as a liaison between residents and maintenance teams to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and community features.
• Support leasing by answering questions and assisting with applications and documentation.
• Follow up with prospects to support conversion and occupancy goals.
• Prepare apartments for move-ins and assist with move-in/out processes.
• Walk the community to ensure amenities and tours meet Cottonwood standards.
• Open, close, and maintain Self-Guided Tour units and assist with tour experience setup.
• Support marketing efforts and resident engagement initiatives.
