Job summary

RedPeak is seeking a Leasing Professional in Denver who serves as a brand ambassador and main contact for callers, visitors, and online inquiries. The role centers on leasing apartments through attentive listening, strategic sales, and consistent follow-through.

You will drive occupancy, lead development, and retain residents by delivering exceptional service while coordinating with the Sales Manager and property staff. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Increase and maintain occupancy with a high close rate for signed leases and meet weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Prepare and complete all reservation and lease paperwork with future residents.
• Lead development by managing leads with urgency and delivering client-focused presentations.
• Stay knowledgeable about availability, amenities, and neighborhoods; answer questions from prospects.
• Compile comp surveys and stay informed on market trends; perform zone walks and quality checks.
• Actively work to secure resident renewals and collaborate with the team.
