Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Vallejo, CA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in.

Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience is preferred. The role offers eligibility for incentive-based bonuses and robust benefits, with a focus on occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Formación

• 1-2 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Responsibilities include greeting prospects, touring, processing applications, screening and moving in residents.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with timely renewal letters and packages.
