Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present the community features and lease terms.
• Collect deposits and process applications from prospective residents.
• Ensure model/apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit availability, policies, and screening information.
• Utilize customer service and sales techniques to secure leases.
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses.
• Support outreach marketing and competitive property comparison.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create move-in files and assist with ongoing file maintenance.
