Apartment-Management-Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to act as the community's sales representative, greet clients, present features and benefits, and secure lease agreements from qualified prospects.

Responsibilities include preparing show-ready model units, processing applications, maintaining knowledge of lease terms and policies, and delivering professional customer service while supporting resident retention and outreach marketing.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and secure lease agreements from qualified prospects.
• Ensure show-ready model/apartments and maintain a clean workspace.
• Be knowledgeable about lease terms, unit specs, availability, market conditions, and community policies.
• Provide customer service and sales throughout the leasing process.
• Maintain contact with locator services and local businesses for informational material.
• Conduct outreach marketing and competitive property shopping.
• Support resident retention programs and move-in file maintenance.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances to management.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
