Paradigm Management Corp seeks a Leasing Professional in Alexandria, VA to lease apartments and complete all leasing paperwork through move-in. The role involves LIHTC/Project-Based Section 8 knowledge, resident relations, and coordinating marketing efforts while delivering standout customer service.

You will conduct tours, qualify applicants, prepare reports, and collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, efficient community environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior leasing success or sales/customer service experience in a related field.
• LIHTC/affordable housing knowledge or certifications preferred.
• College degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and complete leasing paperwork from application to move-in.
• Qualify households for LIHTC/Project-Based Section 8 programs.
• Lead tours, capture rental commitments, and manage marketing reports.
• Respond to resident questions and handle resident relations and admin tasks.
• Promote the property via social media and coordinate with the team to ensure a positive environment.
