• Assist with leasing apartments and certification/recertification of files, greeting prospects and guiding tours.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects.
• Update unit availability and waitlist.
• Screen applicants using objective qualification standards.
• Maintain activity reports and coordinate resident programs.
