Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to prospective residents, current residents, and visitors.
• Lead tours of the community, capture rental commitments and handle related responsibilities from application to move-in.
• Complete marketing activities and prepare leasing related reports.
• Assist with resident relations, administrative tasks, and property management tasks.
• Collaborate with leasing and property department team members to create a positive environment for staff, residents, and visitors.
• Work schedule includes weekends for maximum leasing potential.
