Paradigm Management Corp. is seeking a Leasing Professional at our Arlington, VA community. You will conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires prior leasing or sales experience and strong communication. Proficiency with Word/Excel and a willingness to work weekends are important for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Prior residential leasing success or proven sales and customer service experience in a related service field.
• College degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to prospective residents, current residents, and visitors.
• Lead community tours, capture rental commitments, and manage from application to move-in.
• Complete marketing activities and prepare leasing related reports.
• Assist with resident relations, administrative tasks, and property management duties.
• Collaborate with leasing and property teams to create a positive environment for staff and residents.
