Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Resident Specialist to deliver exceptional resident and guest services at the property site.

You will show apartments, process applications, and support maintenance and administrative tasks while ensuring regulatory compliance and tenant satisfaction. Candidates should have 1+ year of customer service experience in related sectors, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; LIHTC/Section 8 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year customer service experience in property/hotel/retail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Yardi software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments and lease properties following established procedures.
• Process applications for approval and follow up with applicants.
• Pre-qualify prospects according to housing requirements and company procedures.
• Maintain friendly, professional relationships with residents and staff.
