The position requires a high school diploma and leasing or sales experience, with COS/TCS certifications supported or obtained. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales or leasing experience preferred.
• COS and TCS certifications or ability to obtain them.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Markets and leases property, aiming for occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Act and program requirements.
• Interact with residents and colleagues professionally and promptly address concerns.
• Collect rents and monitor delinquencies with accurate recordkeeping.
• Prepare and distribute operational and financial reports.
• Support community initiatives and resident services.
