Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a leasing-focused professional to manage affordable and workforce housing communities. You will interview applicants, verify income, explain lease terms, and guide residents through move-ins.

Experience with LIHTC/HUD programs and property software like Yardi, OneSite or RealPage is highly valued. A service-oriented approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or multifamily real estate with affordable/workforce housing leasing experience.
• Experience with LIHTC, HUD, HOME, Section 8, or inclusionary zoning programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents and verify income for affordable housing programs.
• Accompany prospects to model units and explain terms, amenities and lease details.
• Process applications, collect deposits, and ensure compliance with income eligibility.
• Manage waitlists and occupancy to meet program guidelines.
• Provide exceptional resident service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure units are ready on schedule.
• Monitor housing program compliance and maintain accurate records.
