TRG Management is a premier property management company experienced with subsidized, workforce and affordable housing, mid-rises to luxury rentals. We manage ~20,000 units across several states, seeking a community professional to drive leasing, occupancy, and resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures achievement of the community’s leasing and occupancy goals.
• Represent the TRG brand by embodying our mission, vision, and values – and infusing them into resident programs and relations
• Plan resident events, activities, and loyalty programs that can help add value to your community and drive incremental revenue
• Manage resident communication initiatives, effectively identifying and sharing meaningful information
• Maintain a database of proven best practices for resident experience programs
