The ideal candidate has on-site leasing experience, familiarity with Fair Housing regulations, and proficient Microsoft Office skills to manage reports and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing or subsidized housing is preferred.
• Ability to calculate rents and analyze market data.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines and leasing laws.

Responsibilities

• Understand market and rental rates by surveying local competition.
• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies and showing units.
• Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting deposits.
• Prepare reports by collecting data and trends; manage annual budgeting and forecasting.
