TRG Management seeks an on-site Leasing Consultant/Assistant Community Manager to join our property management team. You will market vacant units, screen applicants, and negotiate leases while coordinating with maintenance and property staff.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, and reporting, with an emphasis on Fair Housing compliance and customer service in an affordable housing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing management is required.
• On-site leasing experience as Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager.
• Fair Housing certification completed before resident interactions.
• Proficient PC skills and MS Office; knowledge of community software.

Responsibilities

• Set market rents by surveying local competition.
• Attract tenants through advertising, referrals, and showings.
• Negotiate leases and collect deposits.
• Manage finances: rent collection, bills, budget variances.
• Oversee property maintenance and vendor services.
• Ensure security and enforce occupancy policies.
• Prepare data-driven reports and seek opportunities to add value.
