Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a property portfolio with a strong focus on affordable housing. You will greet visitors, qualify applicants, conduct tours, and sign leases while maintaining resident relations and data accuracy.

This on-site role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. Experience with LIHTC or HUD programs is a plus; excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for the property.
• Show, tour, and qualify prospective residents; process leases and move-ins.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes.
• Apply established sales/marketing strategies to increase property traffic and leasing.
• Handle resident complaints and assist in retention and events.
