Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners in Maryland is seeking a Property Manager/Leasing Agent to market and lease affordable housing, ensuring a safe, attractive living environment and high resident satisfaction.

You will handle leases, renewals, rent collection, and reporting, while complying with the Fair Housing Act, coordinating with Resident Services, and supporting multiple communities as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and leasing experience.
• Familiar with Fair Housing Act and lease processes.
• Ability to read policies in English and follow procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with tax-credit leasing preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease the property to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Act and program requirements.
• Interact with residents and staff professionally to address concerns.
• Maintain rent, delinquency records and reporting accuracy.
• Support resident services initiatives and trainings.
• Keep management informed of operational matters.
• Assist other communities as assigned.
