Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners in Washington state is seeking a Property Leasing Specialist to market and lease apartments, ensure a safe, attractive living environment, and drive resident satisfaction and strong financial performance. The role requires high school completion, leasing experience, and relevant certifications; strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills are essential.

Proficiency in Word/Excel and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Previous sales and/or tax credit leasing experience preferred.
• NCHM COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) and TCS Certification or equivalent, or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Markets and leases the property; maintains occupancy targets and analyzes market conditions.
• Ensures compliance with Fair Housing Act and program requirements; manages lease renewals.
• Interacts with residents and staff, communicating effectively and professionally.
• Adheres to Enterprise policies and external regulations; understands HR and operations rules.
• Collects rents, monitors delinquencies, and maintains records.
• Prepares, monitors, and distributes operational and financial reports.
• Promotes resident services initiatives with the Resident Services Department.
• Attends required training sessions and keeps management informed of issues.
• Supports other communities as assigned.
