Shift Details: Full-time - 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm
Compensation: $20.00-$24.00/hour
About the job:
Responsible for assisting prospective and current residents throughout the leasing process. This includes but not limited to responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, explaining apartment features and community amenities, processing applications, completing lease paperwork and following up with prospective residents. In this role you will also help maintain strong relationships with the residents, provide excellent customer service, assists with marketing and maintaining occupancy, and ensures that leasing activities are completed accurately and in accordance with the company and housing program as this all helps highly with resident retention.
