Trail Heights I in Anchorage, Alaska is seeking a Leasing Agent to assist with advertising, outreach, meet applicants, show apartments, and process rental and renewal paperwork while maintaining positive relationships with residents.
This full-time role, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, offers benefits including health insurance, a national pension plan, PTO, and opportunities for career growth. Prior leasing experience and a high school diploma are required.

Trail Heights I is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare affiliate of the Volunteers of America parent organization. The Leasing Agent is Responsible for assisting with advertising and outreach for the property to maintain waitlist. Meet with all applicants, showing apartments, processing rental and renewal paperwork, maintain a positive and professional relationship with residents and community.
