Vivmark Residential in Garden City, NY is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor to lead our leasing team and elevate resident experiences. You will assist the Community Manager in developing sales and marketing strategies, and coach leasing consultants.

Candidates need 1–3 years in multifamily or related fields, supervisory or training experience, and a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred). Proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily experience or related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant environment.
• 1+ years of supervisory or training experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring sales goals and strategies.
• Coach and train leasing consultants to achieve community goals.
• Lease apartments and manage/prospect leads, presenting all community information.
• Address and resolve customer service concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Support programs to maximize revenue, control expenses, and improve customer experience.
• Assist residents during move-in, renewals, move-out, and transfers.
• Visit competitive markets to stay aware of market conditions.
• Plan resident events to foster positive community connections.
• Follow Vivmark policies and fair housing regulations.
