Responsibilities

• Identify and assess the needs of prospective residents to match them with suitable apartment homes.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits of the community.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current residents and address needs promptly.
• Manage the leasing process from inquiry to lease signing and move-in coordination.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through lead generation and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leases, and property information.
• Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote properties.
• Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings.
