Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required (leasing experience preferred).
• Experience with Ohio Tax Credit regulations preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Positive, energetic, and solution-focused attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced leasing environment.
• Tech-savvy; property management software experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct apartment tours.
• Lease apartments and close prospects effectively.
• Process applications, lease paperwork, and renewals.
• Provide excellent resident and prospect customer service.
• Keep leasing office, models, and tour paths presentation-ready.
• Support resident communication and day-to-day office operations.
• Assist with community engagement and events.
