Qualifications

• No property management or real estate experience required.
• Background in sales, hospitality, restaurants, automotive, wireless, fitness, recruiting, retail or other fast-paced customer-facing environments translates well.

Responsibilities

• Conducting agent-guided property showings.
• Confirming scheduled appointments with prospective residents.
• Learning available properties and communicating features and benefits.
• Handling questions and objections from prospects.
• Following up after showings to drive applications.
• Guiding applicants through the application process.
• Maintaining accurate communications and activity records.
