AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant for Island Club in Oceanside, CA. The role involves guiding prospective residents through the decision process, conducting tours, and turning interest into signed leases.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience in a goal-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated experience meeting sales, leasing, conversion, revenue, or other performance goals.
• Experience guiding customers through a sales process, from initial interest through close.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Turn qualified prospects into residents through prompt follow-up, personalized recommendations, and engaging tours.
• Identify prospect needs and present the best-fit apartment homes, amenities, and lease options.
• Address questions, overcome objections, and close prospective residents on their next home.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed leasing, conversion, and occupancy goals.
• Maintain accurate prospect activity, appointments, and next steps in AIR's leasing systems.
• Create an exceptional experience for prospects and residents at every interaction.
• Support community marketing initiatives and leasing needs across the AIR portfolio.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
