Compensation includes a base pay of $18.50/hour along with competitive commissions and a 25% rent discount at any AIR community.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sales experience, demonstrate strong customer service skills, and maintain a flexible schedule. AIR offers additional benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process and conduct tours for prospective residents.
