VSF Rentals in Ohio is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Sales Specialist to drive the entire lead-to-lease funnel, manage showings, and support a modern virtual showing system for the leasing team. You will earn commissions on new leases and renewals, while delivering top-tier service to residents in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, customer-service driven, and adept with spreadsheets, Google Drive, and CRM or property management software.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales or leasing is preferred.
• Must be proficient with spreadsheets, Google Drive, and CRM or property management software.
• Must be a closer and proactive.

Aufgaben

• Manage the lead-to-lease process from showings to move-ins.
• Own showings, applications, leasing, move-ins, and related tasks using AppFolio, G-Suite, and Slack with the local and virtual leasing team.
• Earn commissions for each new resident lease/new move-in and for renewals.
• Provide top-tier service to future and current residents.
• Collaborate with the team to improve resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
