You will greet prospects, present community features, and work to maximize occupancy through effective outreach and relationship-building with residents, employers, and local partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and marketing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and present the community’s features and amenities.
• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants with complete documentation.
• Maintain high service orientation and welcome current residents.
• Stay informed about local market conditions to position the community.
• Contribute ideas for marketing strategies and resident satisfaction.
• Generate traffic by contacting area employers, merchants, and locator services.
• Assist in planning and implementing advertising and marketing programs.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to encourage lease renewals.
