Protech Staffing in San Francisco, CA is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our property management team. The role focuses on tours, applicant screening, and moving residents through the lease process with a strong sales and customer service mindset.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and in person, ensure fair housing compliance, manage renewals, and coordinate with on-site staff to maintain accurate records and timely rent collections.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of property management software, such as Yardi or OneSite CRM experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct property tours for potential tenants and highlight key features.
• Assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Handle lease renewals and rental payments efficiently.
• Responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal agency regulations.
• Scheduling and conducting recertifications with residents.
• Entering and updating information in computer system.
• Following up on work orders.
• Maintaining files.
• Assisting with rent collections.
• Navigating resident concerns and escalating to the appropriate on-site representative.
