Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 2 to manage the full leasing cycle for our community in Arlington, TX. You will conduct tours, convert inquiries to signed leases, support renewals and resident retention, and maintain accurate traffic, application and lease records while delivering courteous service to residents, prospects and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease.
• Conduct tours and demonstrate apartment/community value.
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident retention activities.
• Maintain accurate traffic, availability, lead, and application records.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts.
• Maintain model and tour readiness standards.
• Provide courteous service to residents, prospects and vendors.
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through disciplined follow-up.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance with company standards and performance expectations.
