Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 2 to handle the full leasing cycle from prospect inquiry to signed lease, renewals, and resident retention.

The role requires organizing traffic, tours, and competitive outreach while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service to residents and vendors. Weekend flexibility is often needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease.
• Conduct tours and demonstrate apartment/community value.
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident retention activities.
• Maintain accurate traffic, availability, lead, and application records.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts.
• Maintain model and tour readiness standards.
• Provide courteous service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through disciplined follow-up.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations.
