Job summary

Thrive Communities in Seattle is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support leasing, resident relations and marketing across our communities. This 100% in-person, full-time role runs Tue-Sat 9 am–6 pm with competitive pay.

You will generate lease documents, greet prospective residents, train the leasing team, and maintain property standards while delivering outstanding service. Prior leasing or sales experience and basic computer skills are required; Yardi/CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn software systems.
• Prior experience in property management is a plus.
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: generate lease paperwork and documents; focus on sales and closing ratios; train leasing team; greet residents and conduct tours; maintain tour path and model units.
• Resident relations: foster community, maintain positive relations, inspect property and respond to service needs; support retention.
