You will maintain a high standard of presentation in the leasing office and tour routes, ensuring model suites look their best and meet market expectations.

The role emphasizes customer service, effective written and verbal communication, and collaboration with the Property Manager to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years of transferable customer service experience.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Energetic and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and common areas.
• Aim for at least a 20% closing ratio on lease prospects.
• Keep tour routes and models pristine and inviting.
• Monitor local market conditions and trends.
• Suggest marketing ideas to the Property Manager to improve resident satisfaction.
• Maintain professional resident communications both verbally and in writing.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and teammates.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
