Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales & Resident Experience to lead and develop a high-performing leasing team at our properties. You’ll drive the sales process, engage residents, and champion a people-first approach to service and growth.

The role calls for multifamily real estate experience, strong leadership, and excellent English communication, with hands-on involvement in recruiting, training, and marketing activities to enhance occupancy and resident

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in multifamily real estate.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Ability to drive the sales process and motivate staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and marketing trends.

Responsibilities

• Hire, recruit, train, develop, motivate, supervise and assess performance of leasing staff.
• Drive the sales process and be the team cheerleader.
• Maintain professional resident communications regarding concerns, service requests and other items of interest via property newsletters and other media.
• Actively engage in the ever-changing promotional /social/content marketing landscape.
• Be an active “Social Media Ambassador” for Berkshire Communities.
