Berkshire Residential Investments in Birmingham is seeking a Manager of Sales & Resident Experience. You will lead your team to drive the property's success, stay enthusiastic, and understand the market and your sales force.

Responsibilities include hiring, training and supervising leasing staff; driving the sales process; maintaining professional resident communications; engaging in promotional marketing and acting as a Social Media Ambassador for Berkshire Communities.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in multifamily real estate.
• Proven leadership in managing leasing teams.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise and assess performance of leasing staff.
• Drive the sales process and lead the team to success.
• Maintain professional resident communications via newsletters and media.
• Engage in promotional marketing and act as a Social Media Ambassador.
• Weekend work as required.
