Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in the Lincoln, NE area. The role covers leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance is required and you will greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Compliance, safety, and customer service are essential to success.

• Basic computer skills and on-site software knowledge required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and tour the community.
• Close leases by guiding applicants through paperwork.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing outreach and implement annual marketing plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns.
• Support lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes.
• Ensure compliance with community policies and safety requirements.
