Job summary

Birchstone Residential is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and deliver exceptional resident experiences at our communities. You will coordinate tours, process applications, secure leases, and support move-ins and renewals while upholding Birchstone brand standards.

This role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Entrata or similar PM software, plus MS Office, is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• One or more years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience required.
• One or more years in multi-family property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct unit/community tours.
• Qualify and screen applicants following Fair Housing guidelines.
• Secure deposits and execute lease agreements; manage expirations/renewals.
• Assist with move-in and move-out procedures and inspections.
• Support community marketing, events, and online ads.
