Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and communicate value of living at the community.
• Qualify and screen applicants; process rental applications per Fair Housing guidelines.
• Secure deposits and lease agreements; manage lease expirations and renewals.
• Assist with move-in/move-out procedures and property inspections.
• Support community marketing and resident events; monitor online ads and occupancy.
