Job summary

Birchstone-Residential is seeking a Leasing Specialist to support leasing operations across our communities. You will greet prospective residents, tour units, explain community value, and facilitate move-ins and renewals.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate application processing, and coordination with marketing. Proficiency with Entrata or similar software is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year or more experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
• Experience in multi-family property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with prospective residents; provide tours and communicate community value.
• Qualify, screen, and process rental applications; follow Fair Housing guidelines.
• Secure deposits and lease agreements; manage renewals and expirations.
• Assist with move-in/move-out procedures and community inspections.
• Support marketing efforts and resident events; maintain online listings.
• Provide outstanding customer service and respond to resident requests promptly.
