Job summary

Birchstone-Residential seeks a Leasing Specialist to support leasing operations, move-ins, renewals, and community marketing across our Dallas properties. You will secure leases and provide exceptional customer service.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work with diverse residents. Knowledge of Entrata or similar PM software is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Multifamily property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, determine needs, give tours and communicate community value.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current, future and past residents.
• Qualify and screen applicants, process applications, and follow Fair Housing guidelines.
• Secure deposits and leases; communicate expirations and renewals.
• Explain community policies to residents and assist with move-in/move-out procedures.
• Assist in inspections to ensure units are ready for new residents.
• Address resident concerns and follow up on service requests.
• Support community marketing and resident events; monitor online ads and market trends.
• Contribute to special projects and capital improvement efforts as needed.
• Attend regular meetings with Property Manager and assist with reports.
