Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. You will sign leases, greet prospects, and act as the landlord for property owners, ensuring a positive resident experience.

The role requires coordinating tours, processing applications with credit checks, and maintaining strong communication with applicants and residents to promote retention and satisfied residents.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits following procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification and submit for processing.

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
