Job summary

RPM Living is hiring for a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing and positive resident relations on-site at one of our apartment communities. You will handle leases, conduct tours, assist with applications, deposits, and move-ins, while promoting occupancy and retention.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance and management to ensure prompt service, and supporting social media efforts to boost visibility. RPM Living offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent, or 6 months to 1 year related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person)
• Assist prospects with applications and deposits, following procedures
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare move-ins
• Maintain social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement
• Address resident questions and service requests promptly
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely responses
