Job summary

Bell Partners is hiring a Leasing Consultant in Charlotte, NC. You will greet prospects, coordinate tours, respond to inquiries, and handle day-to-day resident communications.

You will manage lease packets and ensure timely follow-up, while supporting marketing efforts and maintaining knowledge of the community and competitors. The role requires 1+ years in customer service, a High School diploma or GED, and a professional, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• Must demonstrate support of BAL strategic drivers.
• Must provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, prospects, and visitors as the first point of contact.
• Lease apartments and promote property offerings in line with budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing standards in all interactions with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing inquiries and monitor traffic trends.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and local competition.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as desirable places to live.
• Coordinate resident application reviews and finalize lease packets.
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation of all interactions.
