Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Boise, Idaho seeks a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, preparing leases, coordinating move-ins, and supporting marketing plans to boost occupancy and renewals.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greets and qualifies prospects, conducts tours and shows apartments, processes applications, conducts credit and background checks, and prepares lease and move-in packages.
• Inspects apartments before move-in and ensures units are in move-in ready condition; coordinates maintenance.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follows policies on concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing.
• Uses on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and resident data; records demographics.
