Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention across its Scottsdale community. You will lead leasing activities, tours, and applications while coordinating marketing plans and resident relations to ensure a seamless move-in and ongoing satisfaction.

Responsibilities include optimizing show units, monitoring market conditions, and executing renewal programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment leasing and marketing.
• Ability to greet, qualify, tour, and process applications and leases.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and manage lease renewals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any issues.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Create drive and traffic through online listings, referrals, and employer outreach.
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and tenant data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and lease renewals.
