Coastal Georgia Apartment Association seeks a full-time leasing professional in Atlanta to provide customer service to prospective residents, conduct property tours, handle inquiries, and support move-ins. You will track leads and ensure timely lease paperwork and rent collection.

The role requires adherence to Fair Housing standards and state landlord/tenant laws, maintenance of clean model apartments, and active participation in resident retention efforts and training seminars.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to prospective residents, including property tours and inquiries.
• Assist with lease paperwork and move-in activities.
• Track leads and follow up using traffic logs and guest cards.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to prospective residents, including property tours, telephone inquiries, online marketing and communications, and performing move-in.
• Comply with all Fair Housing & Equal Housing Opportunity requirements.
• Comply with all appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes.
• Ensure that residents complete lease agreement paperwork completely and timely.
• Track and follow-up with prospective tenants utilizing traffic logs and guest cards.
• Ensure the timely collection of rents.
• Ensure that vacant, model and target apartments are spotless appliances and fixtures are in working conditions.
• Support with resident retention by assisting resident activities, following up with service requests within 24 hours of their completion, and handling resident concern.
• Attend training and development seminars
