Job summary

Sage Ventures, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide excellent service, tour properties, and guide residents through the leasing process. You will respond to inquiries, process applications, and help maintain high occupancy across our residential properties.

You will collaborate with the property management team on marketing strategies and resident programs while ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations. The role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and tour available units.
• Assist with leasing process: applications, credit checks, lease prep.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with accurate pricing info.
• Build relationships with current and prospective residents and address concerns.
• Collaborate with property management on leasing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on local trends and pricing.
• Maintain organized leasing records and ensure compliance with policies.
