Sage Ventures is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support resident services and drive occupancy at its residential properties. You will conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate with management on pricing and leasing policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available units, showcasing features and amenities.
• Assist with leasing process: applications, credit/background checks, leases.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person with pricing and availability info.
• Maintain relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with management on marketing campaigns and referral programs.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on local trends and pricing.
• Keep organized leasing records and ensure compliance with policies.
