Sage Ventures is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support residents and maintain high occupancy across our properties. You will greet prospects, present tours, process applications, and guide applicants through credit checks and lease agreements with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing, sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and conduct tours showing property features.
• Assist with applications, credit/background checks, and lease agreements.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with accurate pricing and availability.
• Build relationships with current and prospective residents and address concerns.
• Collaborate on leasing strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on local trends.
• Maintain leasing records and ensure fair housing compliance.
